The Give ‘N’ Gobble Benefiting the JCI Santa’s Helpers Toy Drive & Live Your Dream Awards
Valencia, CA, November 9, 2017: On Thursday, November 9th, 2017, the SCV Business Marketing Group is their 1-year anniversary event in Valencia, CA, benefitting two local non-profits. This event, they are encouraging business owners to come and enjoy a Thanksgiving feast, while networking with the premiere business influencers of the Santa Clarita Valley. The SCV Business Marketing Group is a group of business executives in the Santa Clarita Valley who help members develop and achieve goals for personal, business, and professional endeavors by providing quarterly networking socials and events that help each member build their book of business.
The Give ‘N’ Gobble event will benefit the JCI Santa’s Helper’s Toy Drive, which provides a memorable Holiday season for hundreds of underprivileged children and families in the Santa Clarita Valley, and the Greater Soroptimist of Santa Clarita Valley’s Live Your Dream Awards, an award program that provides women in the Santa Clarita area financial support and resources for their families so they can improve their education, skills, and employment prospects. This will be the first time the SCV Business Marketing Group benefits two non-profits in the community with one event, but one of the founders, Maggie-Mae Laufman, seems very optimistic about it. “In the past events we have held, we have been able to provide financial support to local non-profits, as well as help create awareness. This time, we will financially support one non-profit, and collect donations for the other. It’s two beautiful causes just in time for the Holidays!”
The event is open to all business executives and business owners in the Santa Clarita Valley looking for a networking opportunity, as well as to help promote their business. The event will have a $25 donation door and toy donation.
