Describe your position here at ARIS: As the President/Founder of Applied Resource Insurance Solutions, I use my past knowledge in sales and management to lead my team members to be successful in all aspects of insurance. I do my best to lead by example, as well as try to keep an open mind to others ideas to benefit and grow our company.
If you were a crayon, what color would you be? Blue.
What’s the most helpful way for you to get feedback? Having someone demonstrate or show me a better way to do something.
What is the best pet you’ve ever had? Sammy, my first dog as a child. He was a poodle.
What is the craziest thing you’ve ever done? Jumped off a 50 ft. cliff at the Southern most point of the United States.
